Ha when he wants to be. When he's with him he's great but he usually leaves him with me and if he's not working he runs down to his little room in the basement and 'rolls up'. He'll spend hours down there but claims he's all the sudden 'so tired' and needs me to come home if I leave him with him for an hour to run errands and get a second break @mommytoprinceaiden092915 and I don't have a way to get out @mantha823 im with the only family I have around here. honestly if it's something that makes him happy and he's not out cheating and shit, I say let him be, making him stop could cause a problem for y'all, me and my so both used to smoke but we both quit he got a serious job and I got pregnant. If you tell him to quit and he doesn't want to he would just go behind your back and do it anyways, that's how guys are, and better to know about it and him do it in the safety of your home rather than him hiding it from you and out doing it where he could get in trouble

That's the problem he met someone he works with. I've never met him and he leaves all the time without saying anything to go over there. I know he smokes with him. They even do it right before work. My bfs lost a really good job for failing a drug test. I think his friend is the reason he's doing it so much more often @mommytoprinceaiden092915

You can't make a man do anything he doesn't want to they are like children they will throw a huge fit and you'll wish you didn't say anything, maybe try calling that friend and asking him to not do that with him or something. Idk pot in my opinion is not a big deal, but losing a job over it is when it becomes a hassle and if he's not willing to quit for a good job chances are he won't if you ask him too

@taraduffy79, if he lost a job over it then it's causing u and ur family less money all because he wants to be irresponsible. I'm not saying smoking is irresponsible I'm saying letting it get to the point that it has made his work future change is bad. Not being mean but how old is he? Second if he is a good father he will provide end of story. If your living with ur family that means he's not providing which to me is a big problem. If u can have your independence and he can make a home for just him u and baby and have a future with goals all while keeping the habit I say it's ok. But sounds like u have an entirely different situation. I hope u find what works for ur family but eventually he will learn.
