Prodromal Labor, you suck.
Having regular painful contractions for hours, days, or weeks before labor that don't progress you? Yeah, that's what I've been having for the past 15 hours and it sucks. Of course, I want my girl to stay to in as long as she can but gosh...can the painful contractions give me a break please? 😟
Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
