it would be nice without waking up to my crazy ass neighbor screaming for no fucking reason. every single morning around this time and around midnightish we hear him and his gf fighting minding you they have an infant together. Yes life gets stressful when you decide to have children young but grow the fuck up and stop punching fucking walls and screaming at eachother in front of the baby. Sincerely the neighbor who is sick of being woken up out of a dead ass sleep because of this and ill be damned if this continue to happens after Willow gets here.

If it's a continuous thing I could just call your non emergency police line and have the cops show up. Hopefully the baby is being taken care of. =\

I was going to say the same thing ^^^ Either call non emergency, or if it gets rowdy enough, call 911 and have them send someone out. That's unacceptable.
