So I was just diagnosed with mild preeclampsia a few days ago. I am on strict bedrest at home and I am being tested and monitored every other day. I DO NOT want to be induced (I had a bad experience with baby #1 when her water broke prematurely). My doc is respecting my desire and she is not gonna induce me unless the preeclampsia worsens suddenly OR i reach 38 weeks. i will be 38 weeks in 9 days... Has anyone tried any self induction methods that have worked????? With baby #2 (who was born at 42 weeks) nothing worked for me and he just came when he was ready... i really want to avoid a hospital induction. :'( Due to my restrictions i cannot have sex or do anything else physical... thank you <3
