So late other night I had a very VIVID dream that when I used the restroom after wiping there was blood on the toilet paper...I know dreams mean things, what could this mean?

it could just be a fear you have and are suppressing. dreams can also be a manifestation of things you need, want, or fear that you suppress or attempt to ignore while you're awake.
