I'd get unemployment or sue they aren't allowed to fire you while being pregnant. You can get unemployment if you've been there for six months

If you think they didn't count those last incidents against you they probably did.. If the words came out there mouth "Your fried because your pregnant then that's when you have a lawsuit" they can fire you for any other reason it isn't illegal if they have a legit reason.. did they say why?

Is your state an at will employment state? If not then you could have a case.

they can't fire you because you're pregnant but unless they said that's why they fired you then it's not illegal. but still who has the heart to fire a pregnant lady? I'd collect unemployment until something else comes along.
