is it true if you have sex during pregnancy it makes it easier for labor and delivery

I had sex all through my pregnancy, up to the morning I got induced and ended up with a c section. I think that was because my body wasn't ready and I induced too soon.

It can make everything a whole lot more painful. Plus a lot of docs won't induce unless it's medically necessary and I don't think you'd want to be in a situation where it's medically necessary

I've never heard that but @leenasunshine24 I was induced at 39 weeks it's not bad and I delivered naturally but everyone's body is different

There's a lot of ways to "induce" naturally which is different than getting induced with pitocin

my ob says yes the sperm softens the cervix. I am being induced I've heard its really not that bad. it hurts regaurdless.

@hermommy, I want to get induced idk I will see what my job recommend first
