Mine have been creeping up since second trimester. I don't scratch either and I use lots of moisturizing stuff.

Literally woke up one day and I was full and I wouldn't even scratch !

I'm 30 weeks and have none on my tummy, but I do have them everywhere else (and I have for awhile).
