I was up all night last night tossing and turning, and this morning I woke up with terrible lower back pain it got worse throughout the day along with the pressure and watery discharge. It finally started to ease up, but now I'm just sore. Do y'all think labor could be near? At my 36 week check up I was 2 cm and 90% effaced.. I'm now 38 weeks they won't check again until next week
