Ok guys I need some help my 3 year old has this delusion that she gets hit and she was in foster care at one point and they did beat her what can I do cause I don't spank or pop I don't believe in it and I'm currently studying cps and social work and it says to instill that it doesn't happen but that seems like I'm coaching and I don't like that either she says it about every one even our dog hits her she's said that our neighbors have hit her and she's never even seen them or met them please guys I need some advice should I start counseling or just see if it's a thing because she doesn't like being disciplined
