Anybody else suffer from headaches? I swear every single night I have a headache and I don't like to…

coffee... coke.... eat well balanced diet..... or gatorade.....

Yes second trimester does that to you Tylenol a little bit of soda or coffee should do you well try cold towels ob for head or back of neck if they get bad

@babytj0214, what would Gatorade do? I hate soda and I don't drink coffee 😞

mm imiz, I tried the ice pack behind the neck didn't really work for me, they get so bad they affect my vision.

your electrolytes are low.so sometimes u get a headache..... Gatorade has electrolytes.... did u eat

Ok maybe something from doc can help they may be migraines I got some reglan it helped

Honestly water is going to be the best option. Lots of water, and Tylenol if necessary. It'll go away after a few weeks thankfully

I keep getting headache as well I tried drinking a lot more water and vapor rub on the forehead and temples. it worked for a bit but didn't last..... but definitely more water!!!!

@babytj0214, oh I see I'll try that thanks, & yes I ate I'm usually a healthy eater occasionally slip up but tonight was a good night lol

@mimiz, definitely migraines, haven't asked my doctor cause I hate pills but I guess I'll have to get something cause it's every single night and I work overnights. 🙁
