I don't think I can do it. I'd much rather suffer the pain of labor than have a needle in my spine. One of my biggest phobias about giving birth.

I've never been more relieved in my life after having the epidural!! 😳

@torimommy, people will tell me oh you'll want it but honestly, I'm so stubborn once I decide I don't want something I stick to it. No matter how painful in the end it's only temporary and we can make it without if we truly want to. Mind of matter. 🙂

I didn't feel my epidural . contractions are much worse

contractions are temporary but the pain after labor last too long I was so happy I was pain free for a lil while . plus you never know how long you'll be in labor I was for 24 hours

the scary part was when they said, don't move as the needle goes in or you could be paralyzed. but the act of pushing the needle causes your leg to jerk. Oh god am i am paralyzed? I can't feel my legs! or my torso! or my neck! I'm paralyzed! hey there baby. I'm paralyzed. or I guess maybe not. thank you for that trip of crazy.
