How much weight did you ladies lose in the first trimester? Kinda scared my doctor is going to be mad or worried because I was just told that I need to start gaining weight and I can't. I'm still losing weight. So far 7 lbs gone

I lost 6lbs in one week in my first trimester. This is my 3rd pregnancy and my doctor knew it was normal for me cause it happen with my first 2 also. I'm 32 weeks now and so far I gained 25lbs so he's content now.
