anyone in texas on pregnancy Medicaid and apply for food stamps and get them right away?.... I think…

I applied for both but got denied for food stamps they sent me a card and everything but they said I make too much money which is a lie...

I don't work...so I hope they can give me them. I was denied at first but approved for pregnancy Medicaid -_- their system is all messed up here.

oh well then you should get them quickly if you go in person they give you the card and money on it right then

@brycesmommy, they told my friend that you can't make more than $250/month for food stamps. It makes no sense

I am on Medicaid and receive food stamps. I have since we found out I was pregnant, and we were both working full time at that point. We didn't get much, but it helped. It obviously increased when I went PT and now that I'm no longer working.. I applied online though, so I didn't receive them immediately. I was approved, but had to wait on the card. @kim5309 @babyviking
