@bub2015, breastfeeding is hard, i won't lie to you, but it's worth every second of struggle, the first 2 weeks are the hardest but pushing through them is worth it. Breastmilk is so beneficial for bub, and it's free and always on demand.

What did you find daunting? I found it a bit full on too. But they were very informative, I was so blind lol

Well I have to have a c section that's worrying me. And I won't to Breast fed bubs I am scared I won't be able to do it have no clue how much they need... @carlyanaya

@bub2015, don't stress about the c section, if it's booked in it should all be fine. And breast feeding is hard in the beginning because it hurts. Your nipples obviously aren't used to it and for me they were really sore but that passed and now it's fine! You'll know when bubs is hungry and you can easily offer the boob to him. The more you feed the more milk you produce, and you just have to make sure you drink tons of water and eat nutritious food to keep your supply up

It's full on, but it's great for bonding with Bub, and they will let you know when they're hungry and full. Even expressing and bottle feeding is an option, although that's a lot more tiring having to sterilise pump parts and bottles all the time, it's scary becoming a mother for the first time but you're going to do great, you'll be just fine, darl x
