I am so sick of this heartburn at night I have tried everything from pepto to the most expensive medicine to milk to milk and meds to milk meds and mustard and it just comes back ughhhhh I hate it so much sitting up don't help going to sleep sitting up don't help cuz then my back goes to hurting and when I need milk the most there is none because my moms boyfriend drinks it all up I swear I hate buying milk off of wic in this house cuz it ends up gone

I Know How You Feel About The Milk. I Get 4 Gallons A Month On Wic And It's Literally Gone In 2 Days! It's Ridiculous. @akendriasmommey

try not eating acidic food within a few hours of going to bed. and you can always talk to your doctor and see if there is something they can give you. I remember when I got it really bad with my first and it was always the same time at night and I went to the ER and they gave me medicine to help and the stuff numbed my throat and it was amazing. I forget what it's called but I went right back to sleep and slept like a baby

I might have to ask my doctor tommrow then cuz I can't sleep for anything I hate it and I usually eat at about 9 and don't go to bed till about 12-2

Like I Said, I Can Get 4 Gallons And They're All Gone In 2 Days. And Then Everyone Wants Me To Buy More Milk On My Food Stamps. Uhm, No. I'll Buy Milk For My Daughter But That's It. I'm Not Gonna' Keep Buying Milk When They Go Through It So Fast. When My Husband And I Had Our Own Place, We Only Went Through Like 3 Gallons A Month, And That Was Even With Friends And Family Coming Over Sometimes. Going Through 4 Gallons In 2 Days Is Ridiculous And Uncalled For. But The Way I See It, I Provide Those 4 Gallons A Month So Other People Can Provide Them For The Rest Of The Month. @akendriasmommey
