One of my twins is breaking out really bad... what should I do? I have been using the healing ointment for babies but it looks like its getting worse.

Some of them did. She never had them on her ears. Have you talked to their doctor about it.          @mizg1989

@firstbaby_girl, did your baby's scab some before it healed and was it on her ear. His is spreading to his ear and is starting to look like scabs.

A lot of babies get baby acne. Mine had it. It goes away on its own eventually . But if you get too concerned then you should talk to their doctor
