is it normal at 29 weeks to lose a little of your mucus plug? me and fiance where playing around, not sex playing around and when I went to wipe later there was a little bit of stringy gooie stuff with some red to it. not really worried because baby is still kicking up a storm and no pain or contractions, just curious.

yes it's normal. you can loose pieces throughout pregnancy

I lost mine and unknowingly went into preterm labor. But it does grow back. Call your dr just in case

i most likely will tomorrow, my doctor is closed and i feel fine, he was all the way up in my ribs a minute ago, causing momma some bad heartburn. but just to be safe i will call her first thing in the morning. which for me is 6 o'clock.
