Heat will relax you but the pain will still be there. deep tissue massages do hurt but they are worth it. I used to hate them after practice & after working out but it loosened me for the next day
Ice baths constrict blood flow with you dont need since you're pregnant. But it breaks down tissue to make the knots easier to get out . But I suggest you wait for that until you give birth . But after a ice anything I suggest you still get a deep tissue massage
hehe my right glute.. my husband did massage it some and i was almost in tears.. so m pretty wound up would heat relax it enough to work out with massage?
