I was so dizzy I almost fell at Walmart. turned out I have pneumonia and was severely dehydrated. had to get 4 bags of fluids
@destiny1993, talk to your doctor mine gave a nosal spray. It did help but it was bad
Mines seems like it gets worse and I'm heading into my second trimester but it's in both @maggie16
I had a bloody nose until the second trimester my ob said i was ok. With time it stopped
@destiny1993, I'd have to ask Im sorry im running off of 2hrs of sleep lol. but if you have them all the time and you getting dizzy those are really nad signs
I would mention it yo your doctor asap. My cousin had a nose bleed and they got real pissed that she didn't say anything or went in.

@destiny1993, are you drinking lots of water? Maybe ask dr I'm not sure about nose bleeds
