Any yoga teachers who've had experience teaching in the heat throughout their pregnancy? I teach 1/2 of my classes in a heated studio, and have been feeling fine - but would love some feedback if anyone has any. I'm currently in my 6th week. There's so much conflicting info out there... I'd just like to hear about someone's personal experience - especially during their first trimester.
