my first did, we made a doctors appointment asap, they gave me some oral medicine, and diaper cream for her. also told me to boil all nipples and pacifiers before and after treatment.

Okay cuz I think my baby has it. I just noticed it today on her tongue and called her doctor right away. She already has an appointment next Tuesday to get her two month shots but I'm see can she come in this week instead. I'm waiting on the nurse now to call back@their.bomb.ass.mom

Sometimes their tongue can get white from milk buildup and residue, they told me if you can wipe it off it's just milk. but definitely good to get in quick! the faster its gone the better. it usually isn't painful for baby unless it goes untreated.

Yeah I just tried to wipe it off with a wet towel and it wouldn't come off.I'm bringing her in tomorrow morning to get it treated @k550
