Lol I just bought that EXACT carseat for my daughter I love it so far. It's pricey but it'll be the only carseat you will ever need! I would ask what's wrong with it. Looks like the back head piece is missing

I have it too. ours was not as cheap but we did get a discount bc it was a return and the box was open. so more than likely that's why yours is $42

I recently experienced the huge discount with a jumper! The jumper was $130 and there was one marked down for $42 I went back and forth deciding if I wanted to get the one that had been on display or not. I ended up not just because there was some things on there that couldn't be taken off to wash. However for the carseat I think I'd do it, you can wash everything on there and clean everything! I think it'd be fine, I'd ask them if they have any paperwork on it, they should at least give you the warranty card.

good deal. I have that one and we love it. you can probably find a manual online and model number should be right on the seat so you should still be able to register it.
