was almost in a car accident I've never been so scared in my life all I was thinking about was the baby and what my dad taught me your look at my surroundings if I got distracted for just a second I would have been hit from the back and the side and would have hit the car in front of me. so glad baby and I are safe

I got in a really bad car accident when I was 14 weeks. my placenta was detaching from my uterus and I was on bed rest for a month to try and have it health back together. thankfully my baby girl and the placenta are very healthy. but at the time they said there was only a 40% chance that I would heal completely. lots of praying and rest is what got me thru it(:

you'll be sore for a little while but I'm happy you guys didn't actually crash. and thank you(: I had severe whip lash for 2 weeks.

just breath and drink some water. And when you get home, go straight to bed and relax the rest of the day. it's not your body anymore, it's your babys body and you have to take better care of it than you would if you weren't pregnant
