Today is the day ladies, it's my turn to find out what I'm having (boy or girl). Any advice on how to make the appointment go smoother? Do I eat or drink before going in?

I was told to drink orange juice and make sure that your bladder is full.
I might have also snuck in a candy bar with that OJ. but they don't need to know that;)

They told me to make sure I had a full bladder as it helped them to see the baby better!

I would take orange juice with you to the appointment in case your baby isn't moving much. I had orange juice before mine and my baby was going crazy! It took forever to finally see his boy parts because he wouldn't stop moving and doing flips. Lol
