How do you know when you should stop sleeping on your back? I'm worried I should have stopped by now, but I am not showing yet and it doesn't bother me.
I still lay on my back every now and then when I can't lay on either hip and I'm 31 weeks with twins. It's really just when you are too uncomfortable and breathless or it becomes painful. I can't lay on my back for too long before it gets painful but it gives my hips a short break lol
You're Fine Sleeping On Your Back Until It Starts Hurting You And Making It Hard To Breathe. Some People Have To Stop Early, Some Don't. I Slept On My Back All Throughout My Pregnancy With My Daughter Because It Never Bothered Me, Yet During My Pregnancy With My Son, I Had To Stop At 14 Weeks. Every Person/Pregnancy Is Different. It Won't Hurt Baby Though. @taylornelson
usually once you start getting bigger like depending on babies growth but if it has sent made you feel like you can't breathe u should be ok
Thanks ladies! I hoped it was fine since it wasn't hurting, I just wanted to make sure :) @hermommy @mothertoaprincess @rockysmommy
when baby gets to heavy, you'll know you'll get dizzy and breathing will be hard you'll also get cold from lack of blood flow
2nd trimester is when my doctor told me to stop sleeping on my back
