@mommy42_,  they say to use your peri bottle to rinse afterwards and then Pat dry till you are no longer sore!

@mommy42_,  the stitches dissolve somewhere between 7-10 days but you will still be tender!  And as for the bleeding, they say 6-8 wks but everyone is different!
