why cant you eat? I was told I could just nothing sugary?

shake the drink up, and drink a bottle of water beforehand and you should be okay. I didn't eat with mine and I was alright. I ate some cookies afterword though. & I would suggest the orange kind. it tastes like flat orange pop. or some kind of orange candy that's incredibly sweet.

@hermommy, I was told I couldn't eat anything after midnight tonight.. but I can have water. @_kmoss.madisonsmommy_ they gave me the fruit punch kind. I had orange with my first baby. Sknce I live almost an hour away, they just gave it to me to take home and drink on the way into the office.
