I heard vitex helps regulate ovulation.. another ttc lady on here posted a link for a video about it and the lady said she often tells women with pcos and irregular cycles to use it to help jump start ovulation! baby dust your time will come! @katielamb32

no I'm not I took clomid it helps with ovulation and had a positive opk the 2nd

Have you looked into a ketogenic diet? It stopped my chronic head pain but I've talk to ladies that had kids after following it strictly for about a year and they had PCOS.

Don't give up! I have PCOS and it took years, a divorce, 2 losses, thousands of $, fertility drugs, lots of tears and prayers but I just had a healthy baby girl. I had given up kinda and was just enjoying life with my boyfriend and that's when it happened!
