Feeling really anxious since I know miscarriage can happen generally from conception till 20 weeks(yes I know it can happen after too but I know chances of that are slimmer)

and I am at 14 weeks 5 days... Everything seems to be going well so far and I listen to my baby's heartbeat all the time while I'm home, but my anxiety gets the best of me and I cannot help but worry.
