My baby girl is 6 months old how many times a day should I feed her baby food and also cereal??

food before one is just for fun.

so don't worry to much about meals. their main source of nutrition is still formula/breastmilk.

If you just want to give her food I would say one jar for the whole day. Maybe half. She doesn't need much right now.

Ok thank you I just started her on solids but my doctor told me not to feed her over 4 ounces of milk but when I look on my other apps I see all the other moms are feeding their 5 month old & 6 month olds 7 & 8 ounce bottles so I feel like now I'm starving her @crunchymomma
