Mini rant : soo my babyshower is next weekend and I sent out invitations over a month ago so that PPl could rsvp so I order 40 seatings now it seems like last min ppl who claim they had other things to do are trying to come and now my MiL is like we may have to order another table I'm like 😒what ? Because some of my husbands family members are now like they want to come after they told me they had a wedding to go to which my event came about first and the wedding was a last min invitation 😒 so it's like do I order another table and 10 chairs which idk if I can being that I been place the seating order or let they butts stand up ugh

Only my opinion but I wouldn't order any more chairs or stress over it. I stressed over my wedding because this happened. Bought so much food and people who rsvp dropped out. Save the money of you have a standing ovation great people will realize the importance of RSVP early and the first time

Your so right I really don't need to be stressing over this if it was important they would have rsvp when I ask instead of playing around trying to pick which event is more popular to go to over the other and expect me to just let them in after they didn't choose my event in the first place @newmommy0906

Lol sucks you're going thru that. I told my guests to rsvp 2 weeks before, like that I wouldn't be having the problem you're having. I'll order the food and tables & chairs once I know the for sure head count.

I surely will @newmommy0906 and @vivalakats that's exactly what I did I only even let it bother me because some of the people was my husbands family members but definitely not a problem because more than a handful of people just got uninvited as we speak so rant is completely over I'm not even bothered anymore
