So I know while pregnant you cant get in a hot tub , but I can still take hot showers right ?

Not too hot! It raises body temp too much

I've been trying to drink as much water as I can , before I was NEVER a water drinker ..

You can take hot baths. I do every day and baby is perfectly healthy. Just not steaming hot to where your skin is turning pink. But do whatever you want :)

my dr said hot baths are fine but no hottubs. just make sure you stay hydrated
