In what part of pregnancy do babies start getting the hiccups

I just felt my daughters yesterday for the first time and I'm 31 weeks

Could be. Google it. I have an anterior placenta so I didn't feel kicks on the outside for a while but with my first I felt kicks on the outside at 19 weeks and I don't remember him having hiccups until later in gestation as well. @lynna0909
