I have had this a few times when I have had to do a sample and my midwife just said to drink more water :) but like @winterbaby95 said, there is no harm contacting your midwife if you're concerned :) x

I'd say same as @winterbaby95 drink plenty of water I'd just mention it to midwife as well hun Xx
