yeah it is as long as you don't feel it like super bad constantly and no dark blood spotting is normal in the first trimester keep hydrated and lay down more

my OB told me light cramping in the 1st trimester is just the embryo burrowing deeper into the lining of your uterus, and totally normal. if it gets really painful or you start bleeding, then call your doctor.
