You need to go and let the doc in L&D tell you your choices you don't want to stay home without having any fluid in there for the baby and the only way to know how much fluid you have is with a ultrasound

Yes you are at risk of a infection my water broke had to get induced had no contractions you have to deliver in 24 hrs after.your water breaks and if you have group b you have to get antibiotics so you don't pass to the baby immediately after your water breaks my son almost got group b from me cause.we didn't know.i had it and they didn't get me antibiotics in the time frame so he had to be tested
