I posted two for the day of the no food and the wash cloth, the day before is pretty easy as long as you have everything ready.

Make sure you have your bags, no food, shave yourself unless you want the nurse to shave you, make sure you ask for a wet wash cloth for surgery for your mouth so it won't be as dry.
