saltines and Gatorade are very helpful I'm still getting morning sickness too! try and snack in between the day so your not on a empty stomach helped me alot 😃
make sure you stay hydrated. early pregnancy it's really easy to get dehydrated! the best luck I had was to eat some plain toast with butter and sugar and nibble on it, let it soak up a little and sip on some water or Gatorade, if you take big drinks you'll just puke it right back up. sprite and ginger ale also help. if you can't keep anything down or start having diarrhea too for 24 hours or if you start to feel faint you should go in and get some fluids.
