what is the milk bath suppose to do and what kind of milk and sage do u use

Don't use "sage" oil very dangerous for baby. Must be "clary sage" the milk helps distribute it through the water, without it the oil would just rest on the top... Plus the milk leaves my skin all soft! ;) clary sage is not good to use before term because it is known to induce labor.. You can read all about it on google.. Massage on belly etc etc... I used it a week ago and started contracting but they stalled out after 3 hours 🙄😔 so thought Id try again! @mommyof632

Yeah just regular milk... If applying to your skin directly always use a "carrier" i.e coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil... I just mixed it in with my stretch mark belly butter. I amazon primed it..."100% pure clary sage"
