No Vicks vapor rub until they are 2 or older. I recommend the nosefrida it's disgusting but works wonders! Also saline drops help break up the mucus in the nose. I've been struggling with the same thing with my son.

@mrzhyde, the saline drops, do you just drop into the nose or what exactly?

You can spray them or drop them. I prefer the spray because it's easier and it spreads through their little noses better.
