that sounds incredibly dangerous, I would NOT even try that... there's a very good reason Dr's go to medical school to do those and with how far along you are you could really do some damage or get an infection, it's totally covered under insurance to request one anytime, it's the law for . women's health, just go in girl! do not poke around down there or you could induce labor, cause bleeding, infection, etc. good luck!

Hahaha that's good, I got scared for a sec cause I've had 2 during my pregnancy so fat and not only is it painful but I bled afterward and couldn't imagine trying to do so myself hahaha. that's so interesting though, I've never heard of anyone practicing home exams on themselves but hey there's weirder things! 😂
