you can use it before feedings to help baby not have gas. I used it with my first but didn't seem to work at well as the gripe water. I loved the gripe water better than the gas drops

Gripe water is good too.

I would only use it if your child has gas . Usually breastfed babies . You can hear it in their stomach , also it's real tight and when when you try to massage their tummies they get real tense . I found it good to use in those conditions . Also exercising their little legs in bicycle motion helps .
