If you are on vacation in another country and you have the baby there......would the baby be a U.S.A Citizen?

my cousin was born and n mexico wasn't easy to come back but as long as you are a us citizen then yes now my cousin has dual citizenship

this jas happened to a couple people I know and the child will hold citizenship of the country they were born in, but will also hpld US citizenship because both parents are US citizens.

How would you get your baby to be a USA citizen? How would you get your baby home.... to the USA? You were just on vacation!

Also if you're in a different country due to you or your husband being in the service then the child will automatically be a US citizen.

No but since the parents are US citizens it would be easy for the child to become one too.
