Have you tried milk of magnesia? It may take like 12hrs but is seriously works. EVERY time. And I have suffered from constipation my entire life. Definitely try that

You can take up to 60ML at a time. I was miserable and took about 45ML, and it took over 12 hours to work, but it worked. I would suggest taking 40ML, and then waiting 12 hours and taking another 40ML. If that doesn't work, I would definitely tell your doctor. There are very few things that are safe to try during pregnancy, but that is one of them and idk if you have ever had an enema but they are extremely uncomfortable and don't work well for me because I can not hold it in as long as you are supposed to 😕 that is what they would make you do at the hospital. Try the milk of magnesia again. I hope you get some relief, I know how you feel for real. Been struggling with serious constipation since I was an infant.

I had the same problem and I started eating fiber one bars and haven't had a problem since!
