I know you may not be using then yet but I use organic reusable breast pads as well they don't stick to your nipples like the disposable sometimes can. And they have hell nipple pads that you can put in the fridge and they stick to your nipples and it's very soothing.

Also, let your nipples air dry as much as possible.

Breast milk Coconut oil and nipple cream helps put it on after every feeding or as much as you can remember
