I started at 3 months. Honestly babies are not as delicate as you'd think. If your baby doesn't have any health issues there's no reason why you should wait. Introduce some food now if you'd like.

with my oldest when he was 2 months old he would still wake up every 2 hrs like he did when he was a newborn so his dr had me add alittle cereal in his bottle of formula right before bed and he slept all night

My daughter sleeps through the night but I'm just so excited to spoon feed her some food and I'm hoping it'll help her get full because I'm feeding her 6oz and I don't wanna up her ANOTHER oz since shes only 4 months. @lilmama83

Because even though I just added another ounce of formula to her bottle, she still yells and cries after a feeding lol So hopefully (fingers crossed) it'll help her get that "full" feeling and she'll be a happy baby after feedings and not an angry one 😂 @phasion

and she doesn't have a problem with the formula because she drinks it all nicely, has regular diapers, but she gets soooo fussy right after her feeding

my daughter cries aggressively before feeding but she gets plenty enough food. I let her drink till she's full. I personally don't feel there should be a limit on the amount they can eat. as for starting your kido early, I'd listen to the Dr. they said what they did for a reason, you know? :)

@milasmomma, ok I didn't find it work from the bottle because the cereal will settle on the bottom of the bottle when drinking idk but I hope it works for you
