here's a full list of safe over the counter medications and their uses/when you can use them that my OB gave to me! Unfortunately Tylenol is the only think listed for pain but I would recommend that you also use a heating pad on the sore areas🙂

Until then you could fill a tube sock with rice and microwave that for about a minute
