Hate when my dad tells me i need to do this, or that with my son, like excuse me you werent even my life growing up.

Really thats how my dad is! then when i see him or he actually calls has the nerve to ask me, why i havent contacted him. like come on now 'dad'!
haha its not our fault they weren't a part of our lives.. he also told me he would call every couple weeks to check up on me... its been 3 or so months lol really helping me trust your word there huh dad.. @laina14
Seriously told my dad the same thing! @tara01 then got upset with me, like sorry for being honest, probably wont be for another month till we talk again.
