Okayyy so. Ive been having stomach pains. Like
Not my lower abdomen where my baby is but high above my belly button just a inch below my ribs. Its tight and feels like its gonna explode, no im not constipated. And it hurts when i take deep breaths. No im not hungry no im not full. Its not like a constant pain either. Does anyone else have this problem or had this problem. ? Im 19 weeks.

heartburn maybe ? I use to have that with my pregnancies and my doctor told me heartburn or built up gas in the stomach.

Its not heart burn. It just feels like my upper abdomen is full constantly. And hurts this is the 3rd day in a row. And its bothering me. What does braxton hicks feel like isn't that false contractions? @junesmommy15

They're like a tightening feeling. Gas can be trapped and make you feel like that too

Sounds like your Gallbladder. Stop eating spicey or fried food & see if the pain stops.

I had and still have those pains a lot. I'm carrying really low so I'm stretching more from the top than I am the bottom. That could be a possibility.

gall bladder pain is in your back/ shoulder area as weird as that sounds. I'm pretty sure that's not your problem hun
